If I look past the cliché views of Valentine's Day, I still hate it.
Most of my hate stems from terrible past experiences on Valentine's Day, and apparently expectations that are too high to be met by boyfriends. Hell, even recognizing that most girls go gaga over February 14th is better than nothing.
Regardless, I don't see the point in getting overly emotional or trying to milk feelings (or money) out of people becuase Hallmark says so. Who the hell is Cupid, any way?
